We are unable to cancel your personalised order once it has been confirmed. The product you have created is unique to you, and you will have needed to tick the T&C’s for purchasing personalised chocolate on Cadbury Gifts Direct. You are responsible for the product you created and confirmed. We are unable to make any changes to your personalised gift.
If you refuse the parcel on delivery, it will be sent back to us by DPD, and we will be able to process a refund of the cost of the chocolate and minus the personalisation sleeve and delivery cost.
