If you have just placed the order and need to cancel, please contact us within an hour of your purchase before it is processed, and we may be able to cancel it for you. If however, it is longer than this, it will be very unlikely your order can be cancelled.

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed.
If you believe the gift is not for you or the box is damaged, you will need to contact us to enable you to refuse the parcel on delivery.
